Milan, An Artistic Pilgrimmage
You can read about it and look at pictures online but the only way to see it is in person. I’m talking about DaVinci’s Last Supper, a fresco that is, of course, permanently affixed to the wall in the Santa Maria della Grazie Monastery in Milan. This will be the goal of our artistic pilgrimage, in addition to having a lot of fun with like-minded painters taking watercolour classes, touring the Sforza castle, visiting an art gallery and spending a full day on Lake Como!
Why visit Milan? Why travel at all for that matter? Because you are a curious person and you want to explore the world, taste the food, and hear the music and the language of other cultures. You want to be inspired.

We will make our pilgrimage to Milan to see first-hand DaVinci’s Last Supper and to explore the Sforza Castle, the Santa Maria della Grazie and other famous works that are the result of their patronage.

And we will spend a whole day enjoying the fresh air, blue skies and sparkling water on Lake Como.

Plus we will enjoy 5 great art classes with renowned watercolour artist, Hazel Soan. We hope you will join us.
