What is Print-on-Demand?
Ian Fennelly's book, Layers of Looking, is not produced until you order it. It is custom-made for you. You place the order here at Studio 56 and the printer nearest you will print and ship the book directly to you.
What is your return policy on books?
Ian Fennelly's book is produced to order, meaning it does not exist before you order it. Therefore, it is non-refundable. Because this book is print-on-demand with an external supplier, once the order is placed we are not able to intervene.
Our printer will replace a faulty or lost book or if you received a different item than you ordered.
If your book is damaged or faulty, please send photos of the book to Studio56Boutique@gmail.com and you will be issued a replacement.
