Happy news--We have now Greenlighted this workshop!
We are happy to announce that we have now greenlighted our Quebec City workshop! :) Our small group of 9 participants are coming from the US and Canada. Please see below for important information regarding next steps.
Remaining Balance
The remaining balance will be due April 8, 2026. A link will be sent to you where you can pay the remaining balance by credit card or Paypal.

Accommodations
Hotel accommodation is not included in this package but a group rate has been arranged at Hotel Champlain, a 3-star hotel. Our hotel is located inside the old city fortification walls and is a very short walk to all activities. The room rate starts at $269 CANADIAN DOLLARS/night plus taxes and including breakfast for a standard room, $279 CANADIAN DOLLARS/night for a superior room.
Their cancellation policy: Free cancellation up to one month before arrival. If the room is cancelled 1 month before arrival, the guest will forfeit the first night payment. If the room is cancelled 2 weeks before arrival or less, the guest will forfeit the full payment.
You are not obligated to stay in this hotel. You can stay in any nearby hotel or Airbnb if you wish however, the group will meet in this hotel lobby every morning to start our day together.
I recommend you make your hotel reservation now before you forget and lose the group rate offer.
How to Make a Reservation at Hotel Champlain
To make a hotel reservation, it's very easy. Call the hotel front desk at 418-694-0106 and tell them you would like the Studio 56 group rate. They will ask for your credit card info to hold the room. Easy peasy.

Passport Expiry
Please note that your passport must be valid for more than 6 months after the return date of your trip. Please take a moment now to check that your passport is up to date.
Trip Cancellation + Medical Insurance
Last minute cancellations for any reason are nonrefundable therefore we advise you to protect your investment in this vacation by purchasing travel insurance. Click HERE for a list of US travel insurance companies. Some credit card companies may also offer travel insurance if you paid for your trip using that credit card. We also advise travel medical insurance in case you need medical attention.
When to Arrive
We will be hosting an optional warm up sketch at 2:00 on Wednesday August 5 and a Welcome Reception at 6:00pm that night (more info to follow). If there is a huge time difference between your home and Quebec City, we suggest you arrive on Tuesday August 4 so that you have time to get over jet lag. If you're in the same time zone you may wish to arrive on the morning of the 5th in time to participate in the optional warm up sketch.

When Will We Greenlight?
This workshop will be greenlighted when we receive our first 10 deposits. The deposit deadline is March 9, 2026. You will be alerted on or before the deposit deadline. Please don't make nonrefundable flight bookings before we greenlight.
