What is Print-on-Demand?

Studio 56 is a print-on-demand boutique which means that an item is not produced until you order it. It is custom-made for you. That's why it's very important to choose your colours and sizes carefully.

How does Drop-Shipping Work?

Studio 56 works with suppliers from around the world and shipping costs are based on the location of the supplier and the location of the custormer. We make every effort to find suppliers with reasonable shipping costs. Shipping costs are added at checkout. Often shipping is more economical if more than one item is ordered at the same time.

How long does it take to produce an item?

Typically production of an order is 1-3 days.

How can I be sure I have chosen the correct size? 

Most of our products have size charts available at the bottom of the product page. Please take the time to measure yourself to ensure you have selected the correct size. Please note that size charts can vary by 1” and shirts can shrink up to 6%.

Why are some products unavailable in larger sizes?

Likely because the original sketches were too small to stretch over the larger products.

What is your return policy?

Each Studio 56 product is unique and produced to order, therefore, they are non-refundable. Because Studio 56 works with print on demand suppliers, once the order is placed we are not able to intervene. Please choose sizes and colours carefully. 

Studio 56 is not responsible if the shipment details you provided are incorrect.

Our suppliers only offer replacements for faulty or lost orders or if you received a different item than you ordered, including incorrect colors, prints or wrong sizes.

If your order is faulty, please send photos of the faulty item to Studio56Boutique@gmail.com and you will be issued a replacement credit.
