Vacation Workshop Refund Policy
WORKSHOP DEPOSIT A deposit is required at the time of booking in order to secure a spot in this workshop. Deposit deadline is 150 days prior to start of workshop. This deposit is nonrefundable however the full deposit may be transferred to a future workshop.
WORKSHOP FULL PAYMENT
The full final payment is due 120 days prior to the start of the workshop.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Full refund (less deposit and less 3.5% transaction fee) for cancellations more than 120 days prior to start of workshop. There is no refund for cancellations 120 days or less prior to start of workshop. Please note refunds are not made for cancellation of any services which are not used by you due to late arrivals, early departures, or by choice.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend Workshop Participants to arrange for travel insurance at the time of paying their deposit to protect them against loss of deposit and/or final payment; injury, medical expenses, loss of baggage and personal effects etc. Travel insurance is not included in the cost of the Workshop.
FORCE MAJEUR
Refunds do not apply when your workshop is cancelled as a result of threat of war, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions or events beyond our control. Please arrange for Travel Insurance.
INSTRUCTOR ILLNESS
In the unlikely event of the instructor experiencing a last-minute illness or emergency, the instructor will be replaced with another artist of equal skill and the workshop will proceed. There will be no reimbursement/compensation made to participants.
