Our First Bilingual Vacation Workshops in Quebec City taught by Renata Lahalle

This summer launched with a blast with 2 great vacation workshops in June in Quebec City taught by the super fun and talented Renata Lahalle. These were bilingual groups with both French and English participants.

Cobbled streets, great food, stone fortifications, French culture, street entertainers, museums and river cruises--we packed a lot into our two vacation workshops in Quebec City!

These were our first bilingual workshops and it went very well! The English speakers enjoyed learning new French words and the French speakers were just as determined to stretch their English vocabulary. It was a great learning experience on several levels!

But the main focus, of course, was learning new sketching skills, techniques and materials under the cheerful instruction of super creative, Renata Lahalle.

 Renata's workshops are challenging--not necessarily for advanced artists--but participants were challenged to be brave and try new things. It was super fun!
